What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would advise management to scale back on the amount of clients it takes on. Also, when hiring new attorneys, they should be made aware of how many clients they are actually expected to handle at once.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There was an endless amount of cases at this firm. It was excellent in advertising and acquiring new clients. Dealing with several clients at once taught me how to prioritize and execute sufficiently.

What did you not like about this institution?
The case load in the beginning was overwhelming. Once I adjusted, I was successful, but if you cannot adjust then you will find it difficult to work the cases.
