What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My best advice is that along with hard work you must focus on networking also, as it will help you to advance in this firm. Do not keep yourself in the background.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This has the best firm culture I have ever experienced. A typical day starts and ends with a smile and the sense that I impacted my coworkers and community in a positive way. Everyone is open to share their knowledge and help one another grow- not only in their own areas of specialty, but to empower you in new ways.
What did you not like about this institution?
Great law firm, but in order to advance it's mostly about connections you have, and not your experience/background. Management can also be out of touch with employee's and job function making it difficult for employees to engage in a time of need.

Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP is a firm that knows how to get things done. Everyone is very helpful and supportive and I wouldn't leave unless I had to.
What did you not like about this institution?
There's a lot of work to be done and it can get chaotic at times. The scheduling can be intense, but it's manageable.
