Keep it up! Firm is well-managed and well-run. Communication is very good. A great place to grow and develop your practice.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has great people that are some of the finest lawyers around. Atmosphere is collegial, friendly and fun, yet professionally challenging. Good location.
What did you not like about this institution?
Not many. The technology and IT resources are beyond me as an old-time practitioner. In early stages of developing new markets for new practice areas.

Work on training management to act with more competence. Provide a more adequate pay.

The environment is creative and innovative. They are committed to diversity. Technology is up-to-date. The firm has grown a lot.

The pay could be better. There are some issues with the way management runs things. There are some office politics.

Add a few more staff to ease the workload on the people a little bit or raise their pay accordingly. Everyone likes to work here so reward their loyalty.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great place to begin in the legal field. Management really looks at the people on the lower end of the firm with respect. It is a great place to learn and grow as a lawyer.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload keeps you really busy and can cut into your free time with family. They pay a bit lower than some other firms in this area. The benefits are pretty scarce as well.
