What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management offer their employees better benefits even if it comes at the expense of a slightly lower salary. I'd also like to see management available around the clock.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay is excellent and everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. There are also plenty of advancement opportunities as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Benefits are not competitive when compared to other firms. It can be difficult to get ahold of management at certain times of the day.
