Invest in some employee parking locations.Also, allow us to eat at our desks. We are adults and can clean up after any mess we happen to make. Also, lighten up a bit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The McCormack Firm, LLC. is the most professional firm I've ever had the pleasure to work for. They're knowledgeable, patient and the pay is above average. There are plenty of benefits as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not really any place to park; you have to pay for parking about a block away or find another place to park that is further away. Managers can be a bit bossy at times.
