What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think trusting your employees is key. They need some room to grow and earn more responsibility and pay. Hiring process needs to be tightened up.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was pretty happy with the paycheck. The staff were really decent people and easy to get along with. Pretty interesting work so a good learning experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
No real cons here. The job could get pretty boring from time to time. Not a great place to work if you're looking to climb the ladder rapidly.
