Management needs to be more open minded with their employees and listen to their ideas. This will help them feel more valued in their position.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I became very close with management here and they really take care of the employees who work hard. They want you to succeed and they don't put up with intolerable employees. They can be strict at times but they really do care about you and want the best for you.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management can be a bit stubborn at times and it's difficult to have your voice heard at times. They don't take our ideas seriously and don't think we have anything to offer in terms of advice.
