Have more casual dress days towards the end of the month and let the staff get comfortable during data entry sessions.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the fact this firm deals with real estate claims mostly. It's a fast-paced field, pretty straight forward.
What did you not like about this institution?
The job can become monotonous at times with the majority of time being spent on data entry and filing court documents.
