You have to hire more people. There is always tons that need to get done, but there is not enough individuals to supply that demand.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed working at this firm and learning from everyone that worked there. I was surrounded by invested individuals.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to move on to a different firm because I felt like I could have no life outside work. I was busy all the time.
