There needs to be some guidance and mentorship through management onto the staff. The firm should continue to trust its employees and allow them to grow in the office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers the staff the opportunities to grow through the workload. Management puts great trust in their staff to be able to handle their own work schedule. The hours of work and work performed is based on the individual staff member.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management does not guide or mentor staff. Some issues result from politics and agenda from management. Since there is no management, it can be difficult to perform workload if you are not use to the environment.
