Management needs to save meetings for more crucial matters, and use other methods of contact to get information out. This will help save the firm

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management is helpful when you need advice or answers to questions. They hold meetings frequently to discuss what could be done better and they really encourage teamwork, which I enjoyed.

What did you not like about this institution?
As much as I enjoyed the lax work environment, it made it difficult to get work done. Management can waste time with frequent meetings and they need to schedule their time more wisely.
