What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to slow things down a bit and hire at a much slower rate. I would also like to see more overtime opportunity's as they become available.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very competitive and offers benefits and pay that is well above most in the area. I also found management to be very professional and always there when you need them.
What did you not like about this institution?
In my opinion this firm is growing way too quickly, and this has hurt us since the work office has become quiet and now has a distinct undertone of being a bit too serious.
