What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see more schedule flexibility. I would also like to see more advancement opportunities throughout the year to those attorney's and other staff members that have put in the work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great pay and exceptional benefit's are what stood out to me the most at this firm when I first started working here. Most staff members are very friendly as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Schedule flexibility is non-existent. I also feel as though there is not much room for advancement at this firm which can be quite frustrating.
