What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to hire clients during weeks that are slow. If they keep overworking the long weeks their employees will become burnt out and leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most people won't be able to admit coming in to work but I absolutely love working for this firm. Everyone gets along with one another and management is very kind and understanding. They let you ask questions when you start and they're very laid back which makes it relaxing to work.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only issue with this firm is the inconsistency of hours. Some weeks we only work 20 hours, the next week it's 60. It would be nice if we could have more consistency when we're working.
