What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to hire people based on experience and not their youth. Creating a revolving door atmosphere will only drive people away in the end.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for 2 years now and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The people who work here are very friendly and the clientele couldn't be better. I enjoy coming into work everyday and don't have to feel stressed when I come in.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm tends to stick with hiring the younger generations. I didn't mind this at first, but many who come into this firm lack experience and other employees have to pick up their slack.

This firm should consider revamping their office to a more modern and appealing look. This will make customers more inclined to use their business and feel more welcome.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm doesn't have a great reputation but so far I've enjoyed working for the law firm. Management is super friendly and always there if you have any questions or concerns. The pay is also really good and I get great benefits with my position.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this law firm is that everything is outdated. The wallpaper in the offices, carpeting, furniture, even the website hasn't been updated in years. It makes the law firm look outdated and less desirable in my opinion.
