This firm needs to consider paying their employees better. Otherwise they will look for a better paying job elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management has been great to work with and they always value your opinion. They constantly want to do better and are open minded to change when things aren't working. It's very refreshing.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be a little better at this firm. When starting out it's not horrible but they hardly ever give out raises or promotions.
