What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A more efficient structure plan where associates can get promoted within the firm easier would be beneficial in making sure some of the attorneys stay at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was surprised by some of the goals that the firm established, such as making sure clients are treated like family before monetary tools. The partners are also really communicative with the subordinates.

What did you not like about this institution?
Associates and attorneys may find it a little difficult to move up in this firm. The partners and subordinates are kind of set in their ways.
