What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Commitment to long-term employee prospects should go beyond simply retaining people who struggle at first. People in HR should not always take the side of management when there's a dispute between employees and management - it's their job to ensure fair outcomes. When favoritism is demonstrated, it creates resentment and reduces motivation. Be more fair and transparent.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
People you work with day-to-day are pleasant and competent. Firm values the long-term future of associates - they'll give you another chance if you are struggling. Decent work-life balance - lots of days off you might not get off elsewhere.

What did you not like about this institution?
HR and management sometimes don't look out for employees to a sufficient degree. People do stick around for a long time, but receive little additional training, limiting their growth. Too much favoritism is shown towards certain employees. Pay could be better.
