The group for management needs to learn how to be open to ideas that come from all who work there, create more of a team effort feel. Everyone has valid input overall.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I originally came here for the top level benefits, but the workforce is also a huge staying factor and keeps people involved and engaged.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management team does not let a whole lot of change happen within the structure of team creation dynamics, which can be a negative on workflow. Sometimes the task needs a different type of team.
