The firm needs to be a little more open to change. It might be time to get some more youth into management positions. Staff could be more diverse.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A really positive work environment. Very professional staff and everyone takes the work seriously. Lots of successful people to observe and learn from.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm's staff definitely skews toward older employees. They are a little set in their ways here and don't give suggestions their due consideration.
