What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Manager: Be straightforward about what your agreements are with the huge firms so the employment lawyers at any rate can feel they are getting a reasonable deal on what they are being paid. I don't figure this model of yours as time goes on will keep on providing you quality lawyers if the compensation is not expanded considerably.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a full administration law firm. It is extremely professional and everyone is cooperative. The firm is professional and proficient with great preparation and pleasant administration.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst aspect is probably the lower than showcase pay. The Jobs and tasks will end abruptly with no notice. Because of the size of the firm, there is very little upward development.
