What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offer more training, especially for management. Lose your egos.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I work on a very good team here. The facilities are excellent and the people are intellectual. Hours are flexible and benefits are good.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a pressure to deliver at this firm, given its reputation. It's hard to get a promotion here. Hours are long.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the firm put a limit on the number of hours for the day. That or they should hire more attorneys to spread out the work more evenly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I started out here as an intern and really enjoyed the fact that we were evaluated on our work once every three months. Plenty of my coworkers were receivingrecognition for their hard work. The pay was excellent as well!

What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be quite tedious as times and a lot of the staff members are over worked. I really feel as though the work environment is too competitive.
