What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Get a handle on who works for you. They do not have your back... they are incredibly clicky and makes other staff members very uncomfortable. Keep track of time and time out... not micromanage, but know when your employees are coming in and leaving for the day. 10am to 4pm hours are not conducive to a successful company.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unlimited time off it seems. Other staff came and went as they pleased.
What did you not like about this institution?
Fearful of payroll checks bouncing, staff consists of very clicky women, technology is non existent
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution

Brent is a very fair boss. He is honest and works hard to help his clients. He is a great employer and really cares for his employees. He understands that they should put family first. He expects his employees to do a good job.

Expect more from your employees and be firm in enforcing these expectations.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I thoroughly enjoyed working for Mr. King. He is an excellent boss and truly cares about his employees. I felt that I was compensated very fairly and given all of the resources I needed to perform my tasks well. Mr. King’s expectations of his employees were extremely reasonable.
What did you not like about this institution?
Mr. King was sometimes too lenient with his employees. As a hard-working individual, it could be frustrating when coworkers took advantage of this.

N/A - Mr. King is the only partner and is very easy to work with.

See above - Mr. King is great and I personally had no issues during my tenure at this firm. My coworkers were friendly and we got along well.
