What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Go into this firm with the understanding that you will not be promoted for a long time but keep in mind that working in a great environment is sometimes worth more than the extra money.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This company has a wonderful working environment with friendly associates who treat each other like family because they have all worked here together for so long.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has been around for a long time and some of the associates have been with them a long time as well so chance for advancement won't come easily.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Sense they do not out promotions often enough raises should be given yearly to boost morale and motivation among the associates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has the friendliest environment I have ever worked in. Associates have been happy here for decades with no plans on leaving.
What did you not like about this institution?
Because no one ever leaves there isn't any opportunities for advancement here at all. You pretty much have to wait for someone to retire to move up.
