A Complete Disgrace: Dehumanizing Clients & Exploitative Handling of Interchange Fee Class Actions! I am utterly appalled and angry at Milberg, Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman’s blatant disregard for their clients in the Visa/Mastercard and American Express interchange fee cases. This firm operates more like a ruthless factory than a reputable legal practice, treating human beings as nothing more than expendable units on a spreadsheet. They see clients as mere numbers—units to be processed and discarded at their whim. After putting in significant effort and trust, I was shocked to be arbitrarily dropped from both cases without notice, disclosure, or any explanation. All clients are so insignificant to them that they’re just “expendable,” disregarding the human struggles in these complex legal battles. Their approach ignores ethics, integrity, and basic decency. This reckless conduct is not only unprofessional but potentially illegal. Under laws like **28 U.S. Code § 1927** and **Rule 1.16 of the Rules of Professional Conduct**, attorneys must act diligently and ethically. Their random, capricious dropping of clients—leaving us abandoned after years of effort—violates these standards and could lead to sanctions. I’ve spoken to many other class members who faced similar abandonment—cases started with promise but left mid-stream, leaving clients in limbo. Their pattern shows a shocking lack of regard for human dignity, due process, or legal obligations. If you value your rights, time, and dignity, avoid Milberg, Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman. They treat clients like widgets and demonstrate reckless, unethical conduct that warrants suspect investigation. Your legal rights and humanity deserve better. Stay away—your rights and dignity depend on it !

A Complete Disgrace: Dehumanizing Clients and Exploitative Handling of Interchange Fee Class Actions!
I am utterly appalled and Angry by the actions of: Milberg, Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman’s blatant disregard for their clients in the interchange fees class actions—specifically the Visa/Mastercard and American Express cases. This firm operates more like a ruthless factory than a reputable legal practice, treating human beings as nothing more than expendable units on a spreadsheet.
They view clients as mere numbers—units to be processed and discarded at their whim. After dedicating significant effort and trust, I was shocked to discover I was arbitrarily dropped from the case without notice or explanation. Some clients are so insignificant to them that they’re simply “expendable,” discarded without regard to the human conditions and struggles we face in these complex legal battles. Their approach completely ignores ethics, integrity, and basic human decency.
This reckless conduct is not only unprofessional but potentially illegal. Under laws such as **28 U.S. Code § 1927** and **Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 1.16)**, attorneys are required to act diligently and ethically. Their random, capricious dropping of clients—leaving us abandoned after years of effort—violates these statutes and standards, and could lead to sanctions, penalties, and disciplinary action.
I’ve spoken to numerous other class members who have experienced similar treatment—cases started with promise and then abandoned mid-stream, leaving clients in limbo and out of resources. This pattern reveals a shocking lack of regard for human dignity, due process, or the legal obligations they swear to uphold.
If you value your rights, your time, and your dignity, steer clear of Milberg, Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman. They treat clients like numbers on a spreadsheet, and their reckless, disorganized, and unethical conduct warrants immediate scrutiny. They have demonstrated zero regard for ethics, integrity, or the human beings they are supposed to serve.
**Avoid at all costs—your legal rights and humanity deserve better.**

What did you not like about this institution?
I have been battling with these people for 16 years with the Risperdal case I keep calling and the first thing that’s comes out of their mouths are we don’t have the funds yet. I am thinking to myself okay you guys had me rushing by sending you the stuff you needed and you guys wanted to take your sweet old time. Time and I called yesterday about the status on my case. Well they sent the check out I was supposed to get $674.00 as my settlement they had me sign a paper for it stating that I will be getting $674.00 back and the fucked up part is those people took 55% of my money for lawyer fees. And guess what I’ll be getting back??? $200 some dollars. Never said about lawyer fees I shouldn’t have to pay the lawyers the people who made the Risperdal those people should be the one paying my lawyer fees in court fees, not me. So basically they fucked me over for 16 years. I have to live with this breast part for the rest of my life. What the hell is $200 going to get me??? No damn where if I wanted to have surgery done to have them fixed and be man boobs I can’t even get that done.. worst people to go to. I will be making sure I will have. Lawyer involved and I will be suing them for this. I will be making sure no one goes to you guys for any help for the Risperdal Claim.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Watch for the complaints I will be filing this month.
Treat your clients better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing. My paralegal sister in law is trying to get me to file an ethics complaint.
What did you not like about this institution?
Was assigned to this law firm through a lawyer referral service advertised on Facebook. Kristina Rosario was supposed to be working on my case. She told me that I qualify for compensation, then started ignoring my emails as soon as she got my medical records. She ignored two emails asking questions and she didn't even acknowledge acceptance of additional updated records I sent to her several weeks into my case. After over a month of ignoring me, I asked if it was too late to fire her. Suddenly, my email was returned less than an hour later when someone I had never heard of sent me a discontinue of representation letter. According to my paralegal sister in law, that is an ethical breech and she is going to help me file official complaints next week.
I have stage 4 lymphoma from drinking contaminated water and my chances of being alive 6 months from now is only about 50%. I am appalled that they have treated me this way. I have no insurance and live in poverty and will apparently die that way because I am just too sick to find another attorney now.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Kristina Rosario and Randi Kassan are especially rude. I don't know about the rest.
