What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Less turnover in leadership would result in a more stable work environment and higher productivity. More transparency and interaction with associates would also be nice.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment at this firm is good, and support staff is competent and efficient. Hours are pretty reasonable and people are treated fairly, for the most part.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is high turnover within the ranks of leadership, and it has created an atmosphere of uncertainty for associates and support staff.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management take what they are doing a step further in terms of usefulness. I would like to see them implement more personal reviews of each staff member so that advancements become more commonplace for those that have earned it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management was very helpful and also very accommodating whenever you had any issues that needed to be taken care of. The starting pay was great as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
I thought that the work could be a little bit dull at times. I also felt as though there was not as much room for advancement as I would of liked.
