Give staff more tools to increase productivity with the increasing workloads. Make attorneys more accountable for their workloads and delays.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very people oriented and cares about staff. The firm supports internal movement among staff members and likes to promote from within. Lots of opportunity for growth and promotions within the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some senior attorneys are highly disrespectful to staff and some are demanding on the staff expecting them to be available at a moment's notice.
