This firms needs to establish why so many employees are leaving and what they can do about it. The fact that employees are constantly coming and going shows that management is doing something wrong and needs to be dealt with.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment for this firm is satisfactory. Employees report great work balance and obtain great benefits from Proctor Heyman. They offer paid-time off, health insurance, and much more to employees that have worked for a short amount of time.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm is a bit of a revolving door. Many employees have left in the past and the firm seems to keep new employees for only a short amount of time. Those who wish to work for this firm may have difficulties adjusting.
