Allowing a toxic work culture to persist where bullying is ok (and is the norm) is detrimental to productivity and morale.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Their is a HUGE workload and pay isn't great, so there isn't much positive to say. The worst part is the toxic work culture.

What did you not like about this institution?
Staff has a terrible attitude, but management does nothing to stop this. Management allows this toxic atmosphere to persist.

Partners are completely unconcerned with the toxic work environment Their attitude seems to be along the lines of: "Those who can put up with it and are willing to stay will do so, and those who want to leave to find something better can do so."

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Nothing especially positive to post here - huge workload, not great pay, and bad work culture. Staff has TERRIBLE attitudes and management allows this.

Pay attention to what is happening right under your nose - managers manipulated by the staff that is causing all the problems.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Literally nothing positive I can think of.

What did you not like about this institution?
The atmosphere in the office was horrendous - girls out to get each other and stab each other in the back and management doing absolutely nothing about it.

Partners are oblivious to the situation. They are in an ivory tower.
