What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think offering better bonuses could help with dealing with some of the overwhelming work load. I also would like better holiday plans for associates.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is all about maintaining a reputation for quality work and good professional relationships with our clientele. I think that's the reason this firm has been successful. I learn a lot from some of the attorneys here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salaries could be a little better. The workload can also be a bit much during the busy parts of the year. These factors are the only reasons I have to complain about the firm.
