Either divide up the jobs better or hire more staff to fill in. Make sure every employee gets at least one weekend off a month.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very small yet personal firm. They all learned my name within minutes of starting my job there.

What did you not like about this institution?
With it's size comes more responsibilities per staff member. You will have to perform extra duties and will not receive additional pay.

Management is thorough while amicable allowing employees to discuss any needs that they may have.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Positive atmosphere with complete training program. Employees are given great raises and bonuses based on their performance.
