What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that maybe trying to bridge a more sociable relationship between the superiors and subordinates can help create a more positive working atmosphere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great work environment and opportunity for anybody passionate about being an attorney like me. The people I work with are not only amazing experts in their fields of practice, but also some of the most helpful associates I've worked with in any job. The field of knowledge that exists in this firm is fantastic. I couldn't be more happy about the salary I get. And due to the clients we have, I get to meet and be part of spectacular projects and cases.
What did you not like about this institution?
Even though the associates I work with are great, there does seem to be a disconnect that exists within the superiors and subordinates at times. I suppose it is understandable since the workload is a little bit overwhelming certain parts of the year.
