Keep treating people as kindly as you do, it creates a nice place to work. Maybe do more advertising to grow the client base so that pay can be increased.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a small firm so it feels like coming to work with your family. Everyone is very pleasant and will to help you out with anything you need for your case.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being a small firm means the pay and the benefits that they are able to offer are not quite as good as you make at a bigger firm.
