If the partners can create an easier structure and format for subordinates to speak to superiors, it would help with the efficiency of the work place. Holding events and more meetings can help do this.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love working here because the people here have positive attitudes. The pay and benefits are good. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The attorneys and interns get along with each other pretty well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management could do a better job of communicating with the subordinates. Sometimes projects and cases are stalled because management is difficult to talk to.
