What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should create a route for associates to get promoted more or at least network with other firms for individuals who are interested in transferring to other practices.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think this is a good firm to start out a career. The pay is decent. And the people here, including the partners, are knowledgeable and professional.

What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much room here for moving up within the firm. I think the partners and superiors seem to be set on their ways.
