What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Treat staff with the deference they merit. Change administration for organization and get professional. Enable administration to carry out their job. Help with the work and split it up for others to show signs of improvement for pay and more agreeable hours.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a considerable amount of extraordinary individuals working for them. They offer an awesome advantage benefit plan. From my experience, they have been extremely understanding with respect to family issues/physical checkups.
What did you not like about this institution?
This is not the place to be on the off chance that you are searching for a good work/life balance. It's a law office, so expect extended periods of time working. The compensation is low for the measure of work required.
