What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The superiors need to make more of an effort in giving some associates a bigger opportunity to take part or at least participate in some aspects of the bigger clients at the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It had an amazing work environment. The associates I worked with were very knowledgeable in different fields of law. Any questions I had when I first started there were always respectfully answered. I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
I thought that there were some issues with chemistry among the group when it came to bigger projects. There seems to be a level of reputation among the associates. It's a minor complaint rather than a big issue.
