Management should be more open minded when it comes to criticism. This could help boost their business, and making more clients interested in the company would improve their overall appearance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is quite small, which was nice when I started because I didn't feel overwhelmed by a lot of employees. I was able to get along with the staff very well and we felt very close since therewere only a small number of us.

What did you not like about this institution?
Technology is very outdated in this firm and the interior design looks like it's from the 1970s. Management is a bit older and a little stubborn when it comes to criticism, even from clients.

Upgrade some of the equipment to the newer standards that most firms have now. Take advantage of the technology that's out there to make research easier for the staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a very family-style, Southern charm atmosphere among the staff. It's a very supportive feeling that pervades the workplace and they're very flexible.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the lawyers are really stuck doing things the old fashioned way and don't move along with the times or the technology. They can be a bit stubborn.
