To management, I love what you currently do for me but that first year was rough and I felt like I wasn't going to keep my job at the firm.I'm sure I'm not the only one who has felt this way.Try to make some time for the new people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management works very hard to make me feel at home and creates an environment that makes me want to stay and build loyalty and trust with the firm.The pay is above medium, and there is a great health and dental plan for my family and I.Management tries to create a teamwork environment where we have to work together.They provide free lunches every Tuesday.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to prove myself for a year before I started getting noticed and the help I do now from management. It

Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe this Hostile Antagonist firm. The lawyers are bullies ! Time they retire! Only people with no self worth stay!

A couple partners and one named in title and another partner. Degrading human beings. Their lives so miserable they have to make others feel bad
