Management should consider paying their employees more if they want to keep employees around for a long time. Employees don't want to work for the same pay for the rest of their lives.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for several years now and really feel like I've learned a lot. Management cares a lot about your career and is always willing to help if you have any questions. They also don't make you feel bad if you want to leave for better opportunities and are willing to give great recommendations.

What did you not like about this institution?
The upward mobility for this firm is quite difficult. There isn't much room for advancement and most employees either stay in the same position for several years or leave to find better opportunities. Management understands this but doesn't want to do anything about it.

I would like to see this firm expand and hire new attorneys. It would not hurt for them to either expand their current office or move to a larger location.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I enjoyed the great starting pay and how everyone seemed like family at this firm. Everyone was very helpful and professional in all aspects.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being a somewhat small firm, I felt as though the firm was not growing in any particular fashion which was somewhat disappointing.
