What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management hire some new attorneys to help us on our cases so that we don't have to work as much over time. I'd also like to see more room for growth.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I received a lot of help and worked on a lot of interesting cases while working at this firm. The firm is exceptional in the fact that the cases tend to be very interesting and the staff is very accommodating.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be too high at times. I also feel as though we could afford to hire a few new people. Room for growth feels slightly restricted or slow.

You need to be in damage control mode like it seems like you already are and seek out the roots of all the problems to swiftly deal with them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm paid me for two weeks while I looked for a new job far away from this firm and anything that it has touched.

What did you not like about this institution?
Nothing goes well here and everything is a pain from the long hours to poor wages and constant fighting every day.
