What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a solid firm that cares greatly about their employees. If you don't mind waiting a little longer than usual, this would be a great firm to become a partner at.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone in the firm was incredibly friendly and made a point of checking in about your family and personal affairs. I enjoyed working with these people, because not only were we co-workers, but we were also friends outside of work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Moving up seemed to be a bit tough. The firm already has plenty of partners, and although they do have tracks in place to make partner, I wasn't willing to take the time to do so.
