What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It is a very hectic place. The work is long and the stress high. The moving up part is very confusing and could use some work. The senior partners do not care at all about the lower level people and that gets confusing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large firm and has top level clients. They also only recruit from the best and brightest so you feel very much at home if you fit into that category. I did and I was very happy at the first when I was able to get into such high level cases and clients. The work is very intense and the pay is excellent.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is hard to get ahead here. I was constantly competing for time with senior partners in order to get ahead. So was everyone else. The more you work does not always mean the higher up you will go. It is a very competitive culture.
