What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Create a culture where partners encourage associates in order to improve retention and close the gap between partners and associates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Associates at the firm are very supportive of each other. Collaboration and compromise are frequent and welcome.
What did you not like about this institution?
Partners at the firm can be very pushy and demanding. Some associates work in fear and dread of those higher up in the firm that themselves. Hours and work for associates can be daunting and not great for work-life balance.
