What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a clear path to promotions. This doesn't detract from the greatness of this firm, however. Lowering the requirements needed for benefits would also lower turnover rates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has a professional work environment that radiates with a competent team. The staff here is helpful along each step of your journey as an employee. They ease in the workload towards every employment so you never feel at a loss at what to do in a day. The staff is communicative, which promotes a healthy relationship with the employees. Everyone is just so friendly and the benefits offered by the firm such as medical are very competitive.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, you need to invest sometime within the firm to reap its benefits. Room for advancement is limited and those who have a long tenure are favored. Some of the benefits also do not come into effect until years until employment.
