This firm has a thriving business practice. There should be a lot of work for you to do. You will enjoy the salary, perks, and benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are a lot of senior management members in this firm who try to "steer the ship" at the expense of the other partners who may not be as vocal. As such, there are power struggles in the upper echelons of this firm.

Organize and structure the case load more effectively and efficiently. Make sure there is an equitable distribution of cases that suits everyone and is fair to all.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is really interested in the life of all of its employees. There's a positive team-oriented environment. The cases that you work on are interesting and challenging.
What did you not like about this institution?
It's a large firm with a lot of people working here and you can sometimes get lost in the crowd if you don't fight for recognition and your place in the company.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be better at running the firm and keeping it organized. Otherwise employees will become overwhelmed and want to leave.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for a few months and my experience has been alright. The pay is pretty good and you get good benefits which I appreciate. The location is also great and not too far from where I live. You also get paid parking which is nice.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is run very poorly and management needs to do a better job. The place is very disorganized and a lot of clients leave due to this. Emails get unresponded to, staff just doesn't seem to care.

The firm hires people who've attended the best law schools in the country so you're working with people who are incredibly intelligent and keeping up with them is stimulating and challenging.ConsAdministratively, it's a bit like being in junior high school. If you're popular with the top 2 administrators, going to work is great. If you aren't, it's not a very pleasant experience.
