This firm is a good place to get your foot in the door. Don't expect any raises and promotions any time soon. However, if you put your work and time in here, it will pay off in the long run!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Welcoming environment, okay management

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, the one thing I noticed about this place was the only okay management. This kind of makes it a hard place to have career advancement, if that's what you're looking for, and I wasn't a fan of the amount of PTO they offered compared to competing firms.

Provide a better medical and dental plan. Support your team.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are opportunities for advancement here. The hours are very flexible. The atmosphere is great and innovative. The support staff are wonderful.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload is very demanding. There is a huge time commitment here. Personalities are harsh and the industry is male dominated.

Approach work with an open mind and a good work ethic and you will do well here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I did a 6 month internship here so I don't have too much experience, but I found it to be a great place to learn and grow.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wasn't able to get hired on for a permanent position but that might change in the future.

The firm as a whole is very transparent in regard to current events that affect the firm and/or its employees which makes me feel valued and worthy. From an IT standpoint, I'd say the organization is thriving and evolving. There are many opportunities for professional development and IT encourages it.ConsI have no cons for Akin.
