What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Giving attorneys a better starting salary would be something I think would fix one of the few problems I have with the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Being an attorney that works in the field of patents, etc, is something that I am really passionate about. The firm has a lot of great clients that I get to meet with on a regular basis. I also get to work on a lot of projects and cases that the partners trust attorneys to take the lead on. Being able to command such an initiative on projects is something I find to be very freeing as well as motivating.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a little better. I find that when there is a heavier workload that the salaries the firm provides are sometimes not all that great.
