What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice is that career stability is not there. So you must look at other firms in case you get fired. So in short I can say that job stability is poor.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I must say that co-workers had fun together while still getting the daily tasks completed efficiently. The only good things were nice attorneys and amount of work available.
What did you not like about this institution?
The biggest problem with the job was the pressure of sales. Pay was lower compared to other same size firms. They are firing old employees to hire cheap new labor. The management and staff were disconnected.
