What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make promotions easier to obtain when those who prove themselves are pursuing them.I would appreciate a bit more time off around the holidays.I think things could be improved as far as interior decorating goes, as the place seems kind of ancient.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at Antionio Bates Bernard Professional Corporation for a little over a year and was given plenty of hours to work, and the days I worked were stable and reliable.The atmosphere was enjoyable and friendly.There are some training opportunities for those pursuing them.There is a clear path for raises and promotions.

What did you not like about this institution?
While promotions are possible, they are extremely difficult to obtain, and only given to those who have been at the firm the longest.There are steep expectations for newcomers and there is little room for error.Work is difficult and stressful.
